Who We Are
jiligo is more than just an online casino - we are the Philippines' most trusted and comprehensive gaming entertainment platform. Since launching in 2021, jiligo has become the go-to destination for Filipino players seeking premium slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, and lottery all in one secure, user-friendly platform. Our mission is simple: deliver world-class gaming entertainment that combines cutting-edge technology, uncompromising security, and authentic Filipino hospitality.
From our headquarters serving players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and every province in the Philippines, jiligo operates under the supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), ensuring that every aspect of our platform meets the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and responsible gaming. We partner with the world's leading gaming providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and dozens more to bring you an unmatched selection of premium games. Whether you're spinning slots, playing live baccarat with professional dealers, betting on PBA basketball, or trying your luck in our daily lottery draws, jiligo delivers an experience that rivals the best casinos in Manila while offering the convenience of playing from anywhere at any time.
Our Journey
The jiligo story began with a vision to create an online gaming platform specifically designed for Filipino players. We recognized that Filipino gamers deserved better than generic international platforms that didn't understand local preferences, payment methods, or customer service expectations. Here's how jiligo evolved into the platform it is today.
Foundation and Launch
jiligo officially launched with PAGCOR supervision, initially offering 200 slot games and live casino tables. We integrated GCash and Maya as primary payment methods, recognizing these as the preferred deposit options for Filipino players. Our platform was built mobile-first from day one, acknowledging that most Filipinos access gaming entertainment through smartphones rather than desktop computers.
Expansion and Growth
Our game library expanded to over 500 titles as we partnered with additional premium providers. We launched our sports betting platform, offering competitive odds on PBA basketball, international basketball leagues, boxing including Manny Pacquiao's fights, UFC events, and traditional Filipino favorites like sabong. Our customer base grew to 10,000 active players, establishing jiligo as a rising force in Philippine online gaming.
Innovation and Recognition
jiligo introduced cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) for tech-savvy players while maintaining our focus on traditional Filipino payment methods. We launched our VIP program with dedicated account managers for high-volume players. Our platform was recognized in industry publications as one of the fastest-growing online gaming platforms in Southeast Asia, with particular praise for our Filipino-focused approach and responsive customer service.
Market Leadership
Our game library surpassed 1,000 premium titles, and we expanded into lottery and bingo offerings based on player demand. jiligo achieved 50,000+ active players, cementing our position as one of the Philippines' leading online gaming platforms. We implemented advanced responsible gaming tools and enhanced security features to protect our growing player community. Our progressive jackpot network reached record-breaking ₱87 million.
Continued Excellence
Looking ahead, jiligo remains committed to innovation, player satisfaction, and responsible gaming. We continue expanding our game portfolio, improving our platform technology, and enhancing the overall player experience. Our goal is to maintain our reputation as the most trusted and player-friendly online gaming platform in the Philippines while never compromising on security, fairness, or customer service quality.
What Makes jiligo Different
The online gaming market offers many choices, but jiligo stands out through our unwavering commitment to Filipino players. Here's what truly sets us apart from the competition.
Filipino-First Design
Every aspect of jiligo is designed specifically for Filipino players. We prioritize GCash and Maya over international payment methods. Our customer support speaks fluent English and Filipino. Our game selection emphasizes titles popular among Filipino players. We understand that Filipinos prefer mobile gaming, so our platform is optimized for smartphones first, desktop second.
PAGCOR-Regulated Safety
Operating under PAGCOR supervision means jiligo adheres to strict standards for player protection, game fairness, and financial security. Every game is audited by independent testing agencies. Your deposits are held in segregated accounts. Our random number generators are certified fair. When you play at jiligo, you're playing on a platform held to the same standards as physical casinos in Manila.
Instant Deposits and Fast Withdrawals
Time is money, and jiligo respects both. GCash and Maya deposits appear in your account within seconds - no waiting, no delays. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for standard members and as fast as 2-4 hours for VIP players. We know Filipino players value efficiency, and we deliver it consistently across every transaction.
24/7 Filipino Customer Support
Our customer support team operates around the clock, speaking fluent English and Filipino. Whether you need help with a deposit, have questions about a game, or encounter a technical issue, our support agents are available via live chat, email, or social media. Average response time is under 2 minutes. We're not outsourced overseas support reading scripts - we're Filipino team members who understand your concerns.
Premium Game Selection
With over 1,000 games from the world's best providers, jiligo offers more variety than any land-based Philippine casino. Pragmatic Play slots like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza. Evolution Gaming live dealers streaming from professional studios. Sports betting covering PBA, NBA, boxing, UFC, and sabong. New games added weekly ensure there's always something fresh to try.
Generous Rewards Program
jiligo players earn loyalty points with every bet, redeemable for bonus credits and special perks. Welcome bonuses up to ₱10,000 plus free spins for new players. Weekly reload bonuses for regular players. Cashback up to 20% on net losses. Birthday bonuses, tournament prizes, and exclusive VIP benefits for high-volume players. We reward loyalty generously and transparently.
Our Core Values
The principles that guide everything we do at jiligo reflect our commitment to creating the best online gaming experience for Filipino players.
Integrity
Honesty and transparency in all our operations. We publish our game RTPs, clearly explain bonus terms, and never hide fees or conditions in fine print. When we make a mistake, we own it and make it right immediately.
Player-First Approach
Every decision we make considers the player experience first. From choosing which games to add to our library, to setting withdrawal processing times, to designing our mobile interface - if it doesn't benefit our players, we don't do it.
Responsible Gaming
Gaming should be fun, not harmful. We provide deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion tools, and links to responsible gaming resources. We comply with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and take our obligation to player welfare seriously.
Innovation
The gaming industry evolves constantly, and jiligo stays ahead of trends. We're first to offer new game mechanics like megaways and cluster pays. We adopted cryptocurrency payments early. We continuously improve our technology to deliver faster, smoother gameplay.
Our Commitment to Filipino Players
jiligo exists to serve the Filipino gaming community, and that commitment drives everything we do. We understand the unique needs, preferences, and expectations of Filipino players because we are part of this community ourselves. When you deposit via GCash at 2 AM because you want to spin some slots before bed, we make sure that deposit is instant. When you win big and want your money quickly, we process withdrawals as fast as possible without unnecessary verification delays for established players. When you have a question or problem at any hour, our Filipino support team is ready to help in the language you're most comfortable with.
We know that trust must be earned through consistent performance, not promised in marketing slogans. That's why jiligo has built our reputation one satisfied player at a time over the past several years. From Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao, Filipino players choose jiligo because we deliver on our promises. Fair games verified by independent auditors. Fast payouts without excuses or delays. Customer service that actually solves problems instead of reading scripts. A gaming selection that includes both international blockbusters and Filipino favorites. This is the jiligo difference, and it's why we've grown from a startup to one of the Philippines' leading online gaming platforms.
As we look to the future, jiligo remains dedicated to continuous improvement. We listen to player feedback and implement changes based on what our community tells us they want. New games, new features, new payment methods - if it benefits Filipino players, we're working on it. Our goal is not just to be the biggest online gaming platform in the Philippines, but to be the best - and "best" means the platform that Filipino players trust most, enjoy most, and recommend most to their friends and family. Thank you for being part of the jiligo community, and thank you for trusting us with your gaming entertainment.
